July 2, 2005 – Medibase unveils BASEalert™ – Atlanta, Georgia

Medibase announces BASEalert™ an early warning system that brings attention to specified patient conditions during registration. Alarms can be set in the form of a highlighted dialog or response box that appears as part of the registration process, or an email that is broadcast to appropriate hospital personnel when hospital defined situations are detected. Alerts ensure that hospital staff are aware of issues and situations before they become problematic.

February 10, 2005 – Medibase unveils BASEmetric – Atlanta, Georgia™

Medibase announces BASEmetric™, a fingerprint identification product that provides a level of accuracy that exceeds all expectations. Accurate identification is accomplished simply by analyzing and comparing a patient's fingerprint signature. Fingerprint identification is quickly becoming an acceptable means for determining a person's identity in all walks of life. New technology imbedded in the BASEmetric software makes it possible to scan huge databases quickly and economically. This technology has moved from being used strictly for verification to a robust identification tool.

March 10, 2003 – Medibase unveils BASEscan™ – Atlanta, Georgia

Medibase announces their latest software designed to ensure accurate identification of patients at time of registration using State issued Driver License and Military Ids. BASEscan™ can interface with any registration system and activates simply by swiping the patient or guarantors driver License. Using the encode information on the license; Medibase uses expert probabilistic algorithms to isolate existing patients and direct the new registration activity appropriately.
